I have worked for the international company almost 3 years.
I started on April8, 2004 after I have graduated 1 month.
At the first time, I worked here...I felt that working here has a lot of tranings for the new-hired employee like me. I have trained about the company environment and policy 3 months. I did not understand it much because it is my first working place. Anyway, I have to try to get it. :)
After that, I have to work with my real duty.
My first work is support many customer who calls to Support Line Center and it made me crazy because I were exciting everytime I answered customer questions. I have to visit cutomer by face-to-face but I did not have knowledge enough that can reply customer question..I think. I got my great mentor to backup me via telephone. Thank you him that make me feel comfortable. . .
1 year later..
I have to present my working part to customer. I do not like to stand in front of the stage but I do not have other choices. Deep breath!! it can help me a lot.
1 year later..
I have to walk.. walk.. walk.. and talk.. talk.. talk.. with many colleagues to gather information making solution for customer. It make me tired because everyone has his/her own ego. I have to step in and step out in sometime. I cannot use the same template of conversation with each person. It is hard but the show must go on.
Today I have worked happily here. I have to fight-to fight-to to make my life so great. Yeah!!

It's such an good for you. It sounds that you develop yourself so much. I wish I could have an opportunity to step out and not under the shade of someone. Don't be serious. It's not that bad as you thing.
